( – Joe Biden has been left humiliated in his attempt to please liberals, as a federal judge has once again blocked Biden’s proposed changes to Title IX, which would incorporate transgender ideology into the educational framework.

Issued by Chief Judge Danny Reeves, this decision mirrors a similar block that was placed last week in Louisiana.

These revisions were set to begin on August 1 and would have forced schools to allow students to use facilities and participate in sports corresponding to their gender identity rather than their biological sex.

This means males who claim to identify as female would have been allowed to compete against females in competitions and use female bathrooms.

Judge Reeves’ ruling now extends this prohibition to enforce the changes in six additional states including Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia. and West Virginia. A previous ruling only covered the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana and Idaho.

“There are two sexes: male and female,” Judge Reeves emphatically stated at the beginning of his ruling.

Among those challenging the policy are the Christian Educators Association International and a 15-year-old girl identified by the initials “A.C.”

The case also involves “B.P.J.,” a minor who competes in girls’ sports in West Virginia as Becky Pepper-Jackson and identifies as female.

Judge Reeves detailed an incident where B.P.J. used the girls’ locker room, causing discomfort for A.C., who then had to find a different place to change.

“B.P.J. was permitted to use the girls’ locker room to change clothes, which prompted A.C. to change clothes elsewhere, as A.C. feels uncomfortable dressing and undressing in the presence of biological males and does not want to see biological males undressing,” he wrote.

Reeves further noted, “As a practical note, ignoring fundamental biological truths between the two sexes deprives women and girls of meaningful access to educational facilities.”

The judge also voiced concerns about mandatory pronoun usage that aligns with students’ gender identities and criticized it as a potential infringement on free speech rights.

Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel Hal Frampton praised the decision, saying, “The Biden administration’s radical redefinition of ‘sex’ will upend the equal opportunities that women and girls have enjoyed for 50 years under Title IX and will threaten their safety and privacy at every level.”
