(5MinNewsBreak.com) – Joe Biden is back in the news for all the wrong reasons as President Donald Trump just challenged the legality of Biden’s last-minute pardons.
Specifically, President Trump asserted that the pardons were signed by autopen without Biden’s knowledge or consent.

These never-before-seen pardons granted immunity to the January 6 Committee members who investigated President Trump, political figures like Dr. Fauci, and even Hunter Biden.
President Trump has declared these pardons “VOID” and warned committee members they may face serious investigation.
In a bold statement on his Truth Social platform, President Trump asserted that all pardons issued by Biden at the end of his presidency are invalid because they were signed by an autopen rather than by Biden himself.
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen,” President Trump wrote.
President Trump’s claim targets pardons issued to the nine House select committee members who investigated the January 6 Capitol events.
These members include Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Elaine Luria, Stephanie Murphy, Pete Aguilar, Zoe Lofgren, Jamie Raskin, and Bennie Thompson – all of whom President Trump alleges may have orchestrated their own pardons without Biden’s knowledge.
The president further asserted:
“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level.”
Biden’s controversial pardons extended beyond the committee members. The list included Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and Biden’s own son Hunter.
The outgoing Democrat also commuted sentences for nearly 2,500 non-violent drug offenders in a last-minute attempt to shield various figures from potential prosecution under the Trump administration.
The Oversight Project, linked to the conservative Heritage Foundation, has supported President Trump’s challenge of the legitimacy of Biden’s orders.
While discussing the matter aboard Air Force One, President Trump acknowledged that the final decision on these pardons “will be up to a court.”
Legal experts note that the U.S. Constitution grants the president broad pardoning power with no provision for a subsequent president to nullify pardons based on the signature method.
“The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!” President Trump continued.
The controversy highlights the ongoing political tensions as the Trump administration settles into power.
While Biden’s team attempted to shield anti-Trump figures from potential retribution, President Trump has signaled those protections may not stand.
His administration has not yet detailed specific legal actions to challenge the pardons, but the president’s statements suggest committee members could face investigation for what he described as “major crimes.”
