Election Judge ARRESTED – Voter Fraud?!

Two people in a serious conversation at a table.

(5MinNewsBreak.com) – Election fraud strikes again as a Minnesota election judge faces felony charges for allowing 11 unregistered individuals to vote illegally.

This shocking case of voter manipulation exposes yet another crack in the electoral system, leaving Americans questioning the integrity of the entire process.

Timothy Michael Scouton is a 64-year-old former head election judge from Nevis, Minnesota.

He has been charged with two felony counts for allegedly enabling 11 unregistered individuals to cast ballots in Badoura Township.

The investigation into this alarming breach of trust began thanks to Hubbard County Auditor Kay Rave.

She discovered a glaring absence of completed voter registration forms among the materials Scouton returned.

As the investigation unfolded, other election judges came forward with damning testimony.

They reported that Scouton had ordered them to forgo the use of registration forms, claiming that new voters only needed to sign the back of a book.

In response to this shocking development, Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon’s office stated, “Election judges take an oath to administer elections in accordance with the law, a deliberate failure to do so is unlawful and a betrayal of the public trust.”

When confronted with the allegations, Scouton chose to remain silent and declined to make a statement during a meeting with an investigator at the sheriff’s office.

His refusal to cooperate only adds to the suspicion surrounding his actions. After his arrest, Scouton went to his first court appearance and was released pending a hearing on January 6th.

The charges against Scouton are no slap on the wrist. Each felony count carries potential penalties of up to five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine.

As this case unfolds in Badoura Township, located near Park Rapids and around 160 miles northwest of Minneapolis, it serves as a stark reminder that election fraud can happen anywhere.

As Americans await the January 6th hearing, one thing is clear: the fight for election integrity is far from over.
