Judge ARRESTED – Caught Helping ILLEGAL Alien!

Judges in the United States are supposed to combat illegal immigration, but this time, the FBI arrested a circuit judge for deliberately helping an illegal alien escape federal agents.

See the tweet below.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced the arrest, charging Hannah Dugan with obstruction of justice after she allegedly misdirected agents away from a criminal in her courtroom.

The judge’s actions reveal a dangerous pattern of liberal officials actively undermining immigration enforcement at the expense of public safety.

Dugan, who has served as a Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge since 2016, was taken into custody in the parking lot of her courthouse.

According to federal authorities, the arrest stems from an incident on April 18 when Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents attempted to apprehend an illegal alien named Eduardo Flores Ruiz in Dugan’s courtroom.

Patel confirmed the arrest on the social media platform X, detailing how the judge allegedly obstructed justice.

“A Wisconsin judge was arrested Friday after allegedly interfering with a federal immigration arrest operation at the Milwaukee County Courthouse last week,” Patel stated.

Evidence suggests Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from Ruiz, allowing him to escape custody temporarily.

Moreover, the illegal alien initially evaded detention but was later apprehended after a foot pursuit through public areas, creating unnecessary risks for both law enforcement and innocent bystanders.

“Thankfully our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public,” Patel added.

This case exemplifies the dangerous sanctuary policies that plague liberal-run cities and counties across America.

Rather than cooperating with federal immigration authorities to remove criminal aliens, activist judges like Dugan are actively interfering with law enforcement operations.

Her actions directly undermined the rule of law and the constitutional authority of federal agencies to enforce immigration laws.

Dugan, who was re-elected unopposed in 2022 and has a term set to end in 2028, now faces serious federal charges.

She remains in custody and is expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Milwaukee for arraignment.

At the same time, the arrest coincides with ongoing immigration controversies in Wisconsin, including a lawsuit against the DHS regarding revoked student visas at UW-Madison.

This suggests a coordinated effort among liberal officials in the state to obstruct federal immigration enforcement despite the clear public safety implications.

In a tepid response to the arrest, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley emphasized the importance of due process: “I am aware of the arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan. Like any individual in this country, I believe she is entitled to due process.”

The statement notably fails to condemn the judge’s alleged actions or express support for immigration enforcement.

As this case moves forward, it serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing crisis at the southern border and the willingness of liberal officials to place political ideology above the safety of American citizens.

When judges swear to uphold the law but instead choose to help criminals evade justice, the entire legal system is undermined, and communities are put at risk.
