Kari Scores Two Big Wins

(5MinNewsBreak.com) – One of the high-profile new faces in the GOP and a Trump ally, former Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, has made further progress in her bid for the United States Senate after she secured endorsements from both Kentucky US Senator Rand Paul and Florida US Rep. Matt Gaetz.

On Monday, both Republican lawmakers declared their strong belief in Lake’s ability to introduce significant changes in Washington, DC, and to emerge victorious against her Democratic rival, Rep. Ruben Gallego.

“Kari Lake is MAGA to her core and cannot be bought by the establishment. I am proud to endorse her for the United States Senate in Arizona. I very much look forward to watching her shake up the halls of power,” Gaetz told The Daily Caller.

Paul echoed a similar sentiment, emphasizing Lake’s potential to revitalize the political landscape in DC.

“Kari Lake will go to DC to shake things up, and that’s exactly the kind of leadership that Arizona needs in the United States Senate,” he declared.

The senator added he was endorsing her because “she has the policies, the drive, and desire to defeat the Washington War Machine and restore American liberties.”

Lake expressed her gratitude for the endorsements, acknowledging Paul and Gaetz as formidable advocates for liberty and opponents of the entrenched political system in Washington.

“I am thankful to have the endorsement of America First warriors Senator Paul and Rep. Gaetz. They have been champions for fiscal responsibility, liberty, and fighting against the Washington War machine,” Lake told the news outlet.

She added he would work with Paul and Gaetz “to implement President Trump’s agenda.”

Her campaign has also garnered support from notable figures, including former President Donald Trump and US senators from various states, such as Wyoming’s John Barrasso, Arkansas’ Tom Cotton, Tennessee’s Bill Hagerty, Kansas’ Roger Marshall, Alabama’s Tommy Tuberville, Indiana’s Jim Banks, and New York’s Elise Stefanik.

Lake registered her campaign committee with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) on October 3, ahead of her campaign’s official launch.

If she secures the GOP nomination, she is going to challenge Independent Senator Kyrsten Sinema and Democratic Representative Ruben Gallego in a three-way race.

The Arizona Senate race is viewed by the Cook Political Report as highly competitive, offering a promising opportunity for the Republicans to gain a seat.

Recent polls indicate Lake holds a narrow lead over Gallego.
