OUTRAGEOUS: Homeowner Arrested WHY?!

(5MinNewsBreak.com) – In an outrageous showcase of what is to come for other hardworking Americans if Democrats gain control of the government this fall, a homeowner in Queens found herself handcuffed after she attempted to reclaim her residence from squatters.

While trying to enter the $1 million Flushing home that she inherited following her parents’ passing, Adele Andaloro was detained shortly after squatters themselves called the police.

This incident unfolded after she brought in a locksmith to reset the locks to her house, as captured in footage by ABC 7’s Eyewitness News.

Andaloro was in the mid of selling her home when she discovered the locks had been changed by the squatters. Determined to retake her property, she decided to directly confront the situation after watching a stranger leaving her home with a key.

Accompanied by her daughter and holding the property deed, Andaloro went inside the house and found two individuals, with one of them found asleep in a bedroom, as revealed by ABC 7.

She insisted they vacate her property immediately. In response, Brian Rodriguez, one of the squatters, claimed he had moved in two days before under a supposed lease, which he failed to produce when challenged by a reporter.

Upon arrival the police informed Andaloro that this matter falls under a “landlord-tenant issue,” therefore requiring her to pursue eviction through housing court, even while she was detained.

The New York Police Department (NYPD) confirmed their response to the situation and stated Andaloro was issued a Criminal Court Summons for unlawful eviction after altering the locks without providing a new key to the complainant and refusing to vacate.

Andaloro expressed her frustration to ABC 7 by highlighting her concerns over the lengthy process to legally remove the squatters, as she fear that they might successfully steal her property.

This case sheds light on the Democratic-run New York City’s legal recognition of squatter rights granted to individuals after they illegally occupy a vacant home for at least 30 days.
