A fiery feud has erupted between Fox News host Mark Levin and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene over a key component of President Donald Trump’s agenda.
Specifically, the Republican heavyweights are trading blows over America’s military action against Iran.
The conservative commentator labeled Greene a “shameless nitwit” after she questioned President Trump’s decision to strike Iranian nuclear facilities.
The criticism stems from tensions between America First advocates and those supporting decisive action against America’s enemies.
The heated exchange began after Greene publicly criticized the U.S. strikes on Iran, suggesting they were not aligned with “America First/MAGA” principles.
Her statements implied the operation was unnecessary and potentially driven by “neocon warmongers” rather than America’s best interests.
Levin, a staunch Trump supporter, did not hold back in his blistering response.
“Who died and named Marjorie Taylor Greene the queen of MAGA?” Levin demanded, challenging her authority to speak for the movement.
The radio host further slammed Greene by questioning her awareness of American casualties at Iranian hands.
Levin wrote in a scathing social media post:
“Marjorie Taylor Green, shameless nitwit. How incredibly dumb is this Marjorie Taylor Green? She doesn’t know anyone in America who has been a victim of crime or killed by Iran? You mean the thousands of Americans, especially military personnel, killed and maimed by the Iranian terrorist regime?”
Greene, never one to back down from confrontation, quickly fired back.
She not only corrected Levin’s misspelling of her name but questioned his credentials as a true MAGA supporter, labeling him a former “never Trumper.”
She went further by attacking his Fox News program, claiming most people she knows do not watch his show.
The representative doubled down on her opposition to foreign military involvement, insisting that domestic threats from illegal immigration and drug cartels pose a greater danger to Americans than Iran.
“I know more victims of crime from illegal aliens and drug cartels killing Americans with fentanyl than victims of Iran,” Greene stated.
“It makes me want to throw up in my mouth that he is one of the voices that is constantly texting and calling President Trump’s phone and showing up at the White House demanding for America to go to every single foreign war on behalf of Israel,” said Greene.
Levin warned that Greene and others with similar views represent “a new gravely dangerous coalition of Marxists-Islamists-isolationists-grifters” that would allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons.
He grouped her with figures like Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Rand Paul, accusing them of providing “aide and comfort to a regime that has murdered directly and indirectly thousands of Americans.”
While Greene has expressed her continued support for President Trump, she maintains her right to disagree with his decision on Iran.
She emphasized her belief that American involvement in the Israel-Iran conflict contradicts true America First principles, even as President Trump himself has celebrated the successful bombing operation.
This public spat highlights a significant policy divide within the MAGA movement regarding America’s role on the world stage, particularly concerning Israel and Iran.
President Trump has yet to directly address Greene’s criticism of the Iran operation, which his administration has proudly touted as a strategic success.
